Coming off the first win of the season, the Bombers now face old rival Carlton in a blockbuster at the MCG on Saturday night.

An important factor in getting a win will be limiting Carlton’s captain, Chris Judd, so this week's poll question is which Bomber do you think should play on him?

Last week we asked which Bomber should play on Matthew Pavlich in the game against Fremantle, Paddy Ryder was the fan’s favourite option with 42.77%, ahead of Michael Hurley with 31.98%, Dustin Fletcher with 16.09% and Tayte Pears with 9.16%.

Here’s what some fans had to say:

Joan Hill from Lower Templestowe says: Leave Fletcher and Ryder to cover him. Also, Hurly did well against Port, so let him have another go!

Hetho from Western Australia says: I would say give young Tayte Pears a go have nothing to lose, if he is getting badly beaten we can always move Fletcher onto him. Paddy has had a couple of cracks and has done a reasonable job but I think he needs to be used in a different role possibly across half back.

Chris from Vic says: Hurley was great, but Pears was the real revelation to me. I love the idea of freeing up Ryder to go forward. We can't wait on Gumby forever, and Pears hasn't put a foot wrong.

Julian from Prahran says: Hurley gets first crack, then Pears. They need the experience.

Josh from Tasmania says: Give Hurley first crack...done well last week. If he can't do the job let Ryder go to him

Joseph Attard from Taylors Hill says: I believe we should give the job to Paddy Ryder. Michael Hurley will get their, but if we are going for a win this Sunday, let's play it safe and put Paddy on him.

James from Berwick, Vic says: Pears has to be the one. Ryder isn't really progressing as well as we may have hoped in the backline. Hurley is only a 2nd gamer, and doesn’t have a lot of pace. Pears is quick, tall, strong, a good decision maker and is a natural defender.

Nathan from Sunbury says: I would love to see Hurley get a crack at Pavlich when he is playing deep forward, but as Pav loves to move into the midfield so I would go with Ryder because of his athletic ability.
