Serious trouble. Melbourneonly needed to kick three goals in the final five minutes in wet conditionsto win the match. It was good news on the injury front for Essendon this afternoon with an MRI scan clearing young defender Andrew Welsh of any structural damage to his shoulder. Welsh crashed to the ground heavily in the first quarter of last weekend's match against Melbourne and his season looked to be over. But today's scan confirmed he just has some fluid and bruising around the joint and he should only miss two weeks, meaning he will return for Essendon's Round 20 clash with Richmond.
