Andrew Lovett and Dustin Fletcher have today been named in the 26-man Australian squad for the upcoming two-Test series against Ireland for the 2005 Foster’s International Rules Series. It is the first time that both players have pulled on the green and gold guernsey to represent Australia at senior level.

The Australian team, to be coached by Essendon coach Kevin Sheedy, will gather in Western Australia this Saturday, October 15, for a training camp at Busselton before the opening Test at Subiaco on Friday October 21.

The second Test will be played at Telstra Dome in Melbourne on Friday October 28.
