Essendon has made two changes for its clash against North Melbourne on Saturday night, welcoming back Zach Merrett and Conor McKenna.
The pair replace Mason Redman (omitted) and Jake Stringer (syndemosis) from last week's side which defeated Collingwood.
The round six encounter at Metricon Stadium will mark McKenna's first senior game of the season after an interrupted start to 2020, while Merrett has been immediately recalled after serving a one-week suspension.
Both players featured in a scratch match against Collingwood last week alongside 10 other Bombers.
The fifth-placed Essendon will be aiming for its fifth consecutive win over North Melbourne as it begins its stay in a Queensland hub.
