Essendon has completed its first session since arriving on the Gold Coast on Monday, hitting the track on Tuesday in preparation for their round six clash against North Melbourne.

The Bombers will spend at least the next two weeks in their Gold Coast hub, with back-to-back games at Metricon Stadium against the Kangaroos (Saturday night) and the Western Bulldogs (July 17) to come.
