A perfect 10 has seen Essendon midfielder Dylan Shiel move into equal seventh in the AFL Coaches Association's AFL Champion Player Award.
Shiel earned maximum votes for his 29-disposal, one-goal performance against Collingwood, taking his tally to 20 votes despite only playing four games.
Youngster Jordan Ridley continued his rise in 2020, earning five votes ahead of Jake Stringer and Andrew McGrath (four votes), Cale Hooker (three), Anthony McDonald-Tipungwuti and Will Snelling (one).
It was almost a clean sweep for the Bombers, with Brodie Grundy the only Magpie to feature in the votes.
