Bomber fans turned out in force to meet the full 2008 team at Essendon’s annual Community Day at
Almost 5000 supporters made the most of the opportunity to get up close and personal with their favourite Essendon heroes, and were able to secure a prized autograph, take a photo with the players at the Samsung photo marquee, or get a pair of Puma boots especially fitted by their Bomber idols.
A highlight of the day was the traditional guernsey presentation in which Matthew Knights presented the entire team with their 2008 guernseys, while players shared some of their aspirations for the coming season.
