The players were split into groups of four to take part in a tough running session around the frozen lake in freezing conditions.
Midfielder Travis Colyer said he could feel the altered conditions affecting his performance during the run.
“It is a grind early but once you find the stride you just try to get your breath back,” Colyer said.
“There is a bit of ice on the track so it gets a bit slippery about 500 metres in and there is a little hill that is strategically placed at the end of the one going downhill.”
Colyer said the mental resilience of the group had been tested throughout the camp.
“After having a big hike yesterday I think mentally everyone is just getting a bit tired and I think a few of the boys are just getting a bit tired.”
“The boys ran really well I think there might have been one or two spews but apart from that it was a good session.”

After signing a two year deal to stay with the Bombers in the off-season Colyer was greeted with the news he would join his teammates for the camp.
The 22 year old said the trip had provided him a great opportunity to spend more time with his teammates away from the grind of training.
“It has been a great camp, the boys have come together really well and it has been really enjoyable.”
“The whole trip has tested the patience of a few blokes but we have a day off tomorrow before a skills session Friday a bit more of a test on Saturday before we head back home.”
