Essendon star Michael Hurley is doing his bit to support charity partners of the AFL Players’ Association by taking part in febfast during the month of February.
The febfast challenge encourages people to take a break from alcohol for the month of February and in 2013 aims to raise more than $1 million for vulnerable young Australians.
Hurley will be joined by teammates Cale Hooker and Michael Hibberd in supporting the campaign.
Launched in 2007, it has raised more than $4.5 million to support 40 programs throughout Australia and inspired 700,000 drink-free days.
