Dreamtime at the G is a one of the most anticipated events on the AFL calendar involving Essendon Football Club, The Long Walk, Richmond Football Club, the AFL and AFL Victoria.
It is the AFL’s signature event to recognise and celebrate Indigenous peoples’ contribution to Australian football and their importance to the growth of the game.
Now celebrating its 10 year anniversary, Dreamtime at the G has become a showcase event and continues to grow in importance and prominence throughout the community and on the AFL calendar.
One of the key objectives of the event is to engage the community to become involved and be part of the celebration.
The AFL, Essendon and Richmond have made a limited allocation of tickets available to select Schools, the Indigenous community and community groups across Victoria.
These tickets are offered as a thank you for your work in community programs and are available by completing an online request form by 5pm Wednesday May 7, 2014.
