Former Essendon vice-captain Andrew Welsh and veteran defender Cale Hooker were the special guests on Working Through It today.

Welsh, who retired at the end of 2011 after 162 games, spoke emotively his career and the support from the Essendon faithful, pledging his support to the new Back a Bomber campaign.

Hooker gave an update on what he's been up to during isolation, the return to footy, the challenges he's overcome throughout his career and why he's remained loyal to the Bombers.
