GUESTS
Tim Paine
Paine made his Test debut against Pakistan in 2010, before a horror finger injury derailed his career later in the year. After five operations and fears that his career was over, Paine returned to his native Tasmania and Hobart Hurricanes after missing almost two full seasons. He completed a stunning return to international cricket for the 2017-18 Ashes series before unexpectedly becoming captain of the Test team during the 2019 series in South Africa.
Paine has a strong allegiance to the Bombers, often voicing his support on Twitter during games. He'll join the show to talk about his love for Essendon, how he's coping during the COVID-19 pandemic, and what it's like to captain Australia.

He's been a contributor to essendonfc.com.au during the AFL lockdown, writing five Mental Skills Mondays pieces with tips for fans to use during these challenging times. He'll join the show to share more expertise and explain how the players are coping during the break.
