The Bombers have kicked off their pre-season camp in Coffs Harbour.
Hitting the track at Coffs Coast Sport and Leisure Park in humid conditions on Monday, the team endured high-intensity drills as the Essendon faithful watched on.

The session also included a special visit from the NSW Rural Fire Service, with the players showing their gratitude to the brave volunteers and firefighters who continue to deal with the bushfire crisis.

The Bombers' four-day camp will conclude on Thursday, involving beach circuits, skills sessions and team-bonding activities.
