After a short break for Christmas and New Years, the boys returned for their first week of training. 

Hirdy gave the team a special treat with back to back time trials. 

AFL Academy member Nick O'Kearney joined the team for training this week. 

Patty Ambrose was back to his dominant best as he set the pace in both time trials. 

A little rain didn't stop a big training session on Friday. 

And to start off 2015 with a bang, Dyson Heppell agreed to a new five year contract that will see him remain at the club until 2020. 

Heppell spoke about his excitement for the future as well as his leadership aspirations.
