Essendon forward Joe Daniher has accepted a $1000 fine for his involvement in a melee on the weekend.

Essendon forward Joe Daniher has accepted a $1000 fine for engaging in a melee against Collingwood on Saturday.

Daniher will be available to play against St Kilda this Sunday.

The 21 year old has kicked nine goals so far this season.
