Three-time Premiership player Paul Chapman will play for Essendon VFL this Saturday against his old side Geelong.
Adam Cooney and Heath Hocking are also set to line up alongside Chapman at Simonds Stadium as the VFL Dons field an expereinced side.
Chapman last played in the VFL for Geelong in 2013 as he made his way back from a long-term injury.
He was a member of the 2002 VFL Premiership team alongside fellow Geelong players Garry Ablett Jnr, Jimmy Bartel, Steve Johnson and James Kelly.
The 33-year-old has missed the last four matches after aggravating a groin injury.
