Essendon's playing group have been put through a testing week at the Royal Australian Navy's training base in Cerberus.
Over four days the players walked through mud, completed obstacle courses, escaped smoke filled buildings and were woken up in the middle of the night.
It's all part of John Worsfold plan to bring the group together.
Over the next few days BomberTV will showcase the pre-season camp, made possible by HMAS Cerberus and the Bravery Trust.
The first instalment sees the players placed in a sinking ship. They need to plug the holes and escape before the water overwhelms them.
