Essendon ran out big winners over rivals Carlton in the team’s first NAB Challenge game over the weekend.
A new look Essendon forward line, featuring Daniher, Michael and Grimley seemed to shine.
Marty Gleeson also showed how far he has come in his development, finishing as one of the best on the day.
An ability to quickly bond and adapt to the playing together was the most pleasing take away for John Worsfold from his first win as Essendon’s coach.
