Essendon’s Comeback Story will enter a new phase when the Bombers run out to take on the Hawks at the MCG.
The Dons returning stars are back and fans are set to again march to the ground en masse.

“We’re playing Hawthorn and that means it’s going to be on. It’s war. Essendon and Hawthorn have been going at it for decades.
“We had 15,000 march last year and we want to make this even bigger to show the rest of the competition we are a force.

The Anzac Day clash between Essendon and Collingwood is highly anticipated and attending the occasion is a ‘must-do’ for sporting fans regardless of your club allegiances.
The match honours the sacrifice made by those who have served the country.
Regardless of the outcome, a packed MCG crowd standing in silence as the 'Last Post’ is played is a moment to remember.
When the sides run out Essendon will be looking for its first win on Anzac Day since 2013.

Round Eight v Geelong

Kevin Sheedy’s latest marquee match will have its second instalment when ‘Country Game’ springs to life at the MCG.
It’s a game that honours the hard work and sacrifice made by those that live on the land.
The Yarra Park precinct will again bring a taste of the country to heart of the city.
The animals, food, music and machinery we associate with life on the land will be there for all footy fans to enjoy.
In the first edition of ‘Country Game’ Essendon pushed Geelong for most of the game before the Cats kicked away.
The Bombers will be aiming to go the distance this year.
