Jake Carlisle and Paul Chapman headline four inclusions to Essendon’s side for Friday night’s blockbuster against Geelong.

Kyle Hardingham, Jackson Merrett, Carlisle and Chapman all come into the side to face the Cats at Etihad Stadium.

In a blow to the Bombers defence Mark Baguley will miss his first game of the season after suffering some soreness in his back throughout the week.

Jason Winderlich is out of the side through suspension with Tom Bellchambers (omitted) and Elliott Kavanagh (omitted) also out of the team that defeated Adelaide.
