Jobe Watson and Travis Colyer will return to the Essendon line-up for the match against Fremantle on Sunday.
The pair replace Craig Bird and Josh Green (foot).
Heath Hocking, Kyle Langford and Shaun McKernan will be the emergencies.
The Club will pay tribute to retiring champions Jobe Watson, James Kelly and Brent Stanton throughout the match.
Ten thousand Watson face masks will also be handed out to fans to use throughout the game, and specifically at the fourth minute of each quarter.
