Zach Merrett has been named as a 2018 contender for the 'Longest Kick' competition on Grand Final Day.
Merrett will be joined by several other stars, as they battle it out in an attempt to kick 75 metres across the Yarra River, to secure the title of the Longest Kick in the AFL.
Dustin Fletcher was the last Bomber to attempt the challenge, falling just 1.5m short of the 2017 winner, Brendan Fevola.

The Fox Footy Longest Kick will be broadcast LIVE from 10.30am on Grand Final day.
