Young gun Andrew McGrath has claimed a major achievement by being named in the AFLPA’s 22Under22 team for a third consecutive season.
Having made the team in his first two seasons, McGrath has been named on the interchange to make it a hat-trick of selections following another sensational year in the red and black.
After spending the majority of his first two years in the backline, McGrath has averaged 20.6 disposals, two rebound 50s, 2.2 inside 50s and booted eight goals in 2019 as he has pushed further up the ground.

Joining McGrath with their third selection this year are Lions Harris Andrews and Eric Hipwood, Demon Clayton Oliver and Swan Callum Mills.
Fellow Bomber Darcy Parish was also named in the squad, but unfortunately missed out on a position in the fan-voted side.
HERE IT IS! The 2019 #22Under22 side, as voted by the fans. Congratulations to captain @HarrisAndrews31 and vice-captain @jdunks5. #AFLPAMVP19https://t.co/nZsF5blDHs pic.twitter.com/r2a95v7AMX
