Football is set to return to Windy Hill this weekend when Essendon’s VFL team comes up against Box Hill in its Round 2 match on Saturday afternoon.

Fans are encouraged to get along and support what is set to be a full strength team taking to the field following a convincing 90-point victory in Round 1 over Bendigo.

All 2013 Essendon Football Club members will receive free entry to the match kicking off at 2pm.

Some great red and black memories have been forged at Windy Hill since the Bombers played their first match at the ground in 1922 defeating Carlton in round 1 of that season.
