Essendon Football Club has committed to improve customer experience in the membership call centre after listening to feedback from passionate members and supporters.
Many of you had to wait too long on the phone or couldn’t get through to us during peak periods to renew your membership last season, and we’ve heard you.
We’ll have more staff on the phones than ever before to ensure we can serve you better in the future. We are also determined to be more flexible, with the call centre opening hours extended from 9.00am to 9.00pm from October through to Christmas so you can call us when it suits you.
This is our third member improvement announcement following our scarf vote when members had their say to select our next member scarf and our commitment to bring back the member card.
