Essendon midfielder Jye Caldwell has claimed the rounds 17-20 Liberty Player of the Month award.
The 23-year-old joins Captain Zach Merrett as back-to-back winners of the monthly award.
Individually, Caldwell has been a consistent shining light in what's been a tricky team period for the Bombers.
Caldwell's dogged determination around the ground has seen the onballer average a team-high seven tackles per game.
It's not only his defensive actions which have shone through, but also Caldwell's offensive prowess, nabbing a team-high average of three stoppage clearances and a third-best six score involvements per game.
It confirms a breakout year for the young star, who's already eclipsed his total disposal record of 391, having registered 421 with four games left for the 2024 season.
Caldwell is in the running to win the Liberty Player of the Year award out himself, utility Nic Martin and Captain Zach Merrett.
