Essendon's 2024 VWFL and CWFL seasons have come to an end at the hands of Collingwood in Sunday's elimination finals.
Despite a strong effort, Collingwood's size and strength provided an obstacle for the senior side, who fell to the Pies by 54 points.
Caleb Logan was an admirable performer on a day where opportunities were hard to come by, finishing with three goals for the day.
The CWFL side also found themselves encountering similar issues, with Collingwood winning out by 30 points in a low-scoring affair. Skipper Ben Milton again finished among the best.
Player ambassadors Ben Hobbs, Stephanie Wales and Mia Busch were all in attendance to offer support for the Dons, who will be keen to bounce back refreshed after another off-season and gear up to go one better in 2025.
