Looking back at a huge week of corporate events at the Essendon Football Club.
Each year, Essendon and Collingwood face off at the MCG in front of a sell-out crowd, the round seven clash saw both clubs take home points in a thrilling match that ended in a draw.
The big crowd wasn't only in the stands with over 3,500 people attending our various Anzac week events in the lead up to the match.
A big game deserves big functions and Essendon hosted plenty;
The Anzac Day Brunch at Crown, the pre-game function at Pullman on the Park, President’s Function at the 'G, in-ground Cocktail experience, an Essendonians event, and the Club 1872 function, plus various others throughout the week.
Essendon's Chief Operating Officer, Nick Ryan thanked everyone for making it a special week.
“It is always an honour for the club to acknowledge and celebrate the service of our past and present Defence Force members on Anzac Day.”
“With over 3,500 corporate guests at various Anzac Day events, we would like to thank all attendees for their support and hope they thoroughly enjoyed the connection to this incredible event”.
The support from Essendon’s corporate partners this year has been incredible, with packed functions and events across the first nine rounds. The club will always be grateful for their commitment thought out the season.
