Essendon VFL has announced its squad for the 2024 season.
Led by former AFL-listed players in Captain Xavier O'Neill and Vice-Captain Jackson Hately, the Bombers' VFL squad features an exciting mix of young prospects and experienced talent.
The list features eight returning players from the 2023 season, including former NGA prospects Matthew Foley, Amin Naim, Mahmoud Taha and Luca Alessio.
Among the 35-player squad will be three train-on players in Will Burke, James Auld and Jake Watts.
Essendon's 2024 VFL season will begin on Saturday, March 23, facing the Brisbane Lions at the NEC Hangar.
