Matthew Lloyd is just one goal away from becoming the eighth player in AFL history to kick 900 goals and Essendon supporters have the chance to get their hands on the guernsey he will wear when he surpasses this milestone.
The guernsey that Lloyd will wear until Round 11, 2009 is currently up for auction in Essendon’s online community auction – the proceeds of which will underpin the club’s community initiatives.
Should Lloyd kick just one more goal in the next five games, this guernsey is guaranteed to become a unique piece of Essendon memorabilia.
