Essendon Football Club has made further list changes today, with Will Snelling and Patrick Voss not offered contracts for 2024.

Snelling arrived at the club through the 2019 AFL Mid-Season Rookie Draft from SANFL club West Adelaide and went on to play 65 games for the club, including a third-place finish in the 2021 Crichton Medal.

The Bombers selected Voss with pick No.9 in the 2021 AFL Rookie Draft. The forward claimed this year’s R.A. Freeman Medal as Essendon’s VFL Best and Fairest.

General Manager of List and Recruiting Adrian Dodoro thanked the pair for their contribution to the club.

“We thank both Will and Pat for their commitment and contribution to the Essendon Football Club during their time in the red and black,” Dodoro said.

“They are both much loved throughout the club and we wish them all the best for their future endeavours.”
