Career-best figures has helped propel Kyle Langford to take out the Liberty Player of the Month for July.
Despite training as a defender in the off-season, Langford's exploits up forward have been a revelation, with the 26-year-old booting 11 goals over the past month to take his overall season tally to 40 - sitting in 10th in the Coleman Medal charts.
Langford's freethinking ability to become a focal point up forward for Essendon has proven how versatile he can be.
The Dons' leading goal kicker also sits sixth in the AFL for total goal assists (18) and fifth for total marks inside 50.
He's also rated in the general forward category as elite for average goals (2.1) and marks (5.7), while being classed as above average in disposals (13.7) and kicks (9.7).
