Essendon has made one change to the side for Friday night’s clash against St Kilda.

Jobe Watson has been rested with Craig Bird called up to the team.

This will be Bird’s first senior game of the season after playing 18 games for the Bombers last year.

The match against the Saints marks Brendon Goddard’s 100^th game for the Dons.
