Open training is back at the NEC Hangar, and this time, both of Essendon's AFL and AFLW sides will be there, bringing together the Essendon family for the first time ever.

Both the men's and women's team will be training in a 'Super Saturday', so the Bombers are encouraging all their fans to make sure you get down, say hello and have those phones charged for plenty of selfies.

The Bomber Shop will be open as well as the Jack Jones Cafe and Glory and Fame Museum, fans might even bump into Essendon mascots, Skeeta and Skye.

It all kicks off at 9:00am - Parking is limited, so please arrive early.
