It would come as no surprise to hear that exciting young Bomber Aaron Francis has been nominated for the Woolworth’s Hire Mark of the Year.

Francis has received the nomination for his enormous hanger over teammate Adam Saad and former Bomber Paddy Rider in Essendon’s 22-point victory over Port Adelaide on Friday.

The 21-year-old read the ball with perfection, leaping early and staying on the pair’s shoulders to take the textbook screamer.

Francis is joined by Geelong’s Jack Henry and Carlton’s Jack Silvagni in the nominations this week, so make sure you vote for him below to ensure he stays in the running for the prestigious award.
