Luke Partington’s road to the draft is one that differs from most of his fellow draftees.

Partington has had to not only battle with the difficulties of performing well on the field and standing out against a host of other talented players, but he has also had to deal with the passing of his father earlier in the year.

To his credit, Partington fought hard in the second half of the year to finish strongly for Norwood in the SANFL.

Partington was one of the standout midfielders in the National Championships averaging 24-disposals in the first five games.

Why pick him?
