Hall of Fame to get a facelift
After eight years the Essendon Football Club Hall of Fame is undergoing its first major renovation. Essendon's proud history will be re-told in new ways and will include a revamped floor plan, original stories and images, exciting new displays and a new layout. Stage two of these changes will effect half of the ground floor and will begin straight after the Grand Final.

During the week starting Monday, September 27th – Saturday, October 2nd the Hall of Fame will be closed to allow these significant new changes to take place. Normal opening hours will resume on Tuesday, October 5th. We look forward to seeing all Bomber fans back in the Hall of Fame in October.
Don't forget to book your Behind the Scenes tour of Windy Hill with Bomber great Jack Jones. Let Jack take you into the inner sanctum at Windy Hill. You will see the player’s gymnasium, changerooms, auditorium and also go onto the ground while Jack entertains you with stories from his 175-game career. Essendon will stick by injured-plagued youngster Courtney Johns, announcing today that his contract had been extended for a further year. And the Bombers have also moved on Damian Cupido - he too has been signed to a one-year deal. The vast majority of the Essendon list is now contracted for season 2005.
