Joe Daniher will be fit to take on Richmond this weekend.
The 21 year old suffered a knock in a marking contest against Gold Coast on Saturday.
“He’s fine, severely winded – enough to make him even vomit, but no structural damage,” Club Doctor Bruce Reid said.
“He will play for sure.”
David Myers will spend another week on the sidelines as he recovers from a back injury suffered against Adelaide.
“He’s just got a little crack in the transverse process and they take about 2-3 weeks,” Dr Reid said.
“He won’t play this week.”
Jonathan Giles (knee) and James Gwilt (groin) have also been ruled out for the match against Richmond.
The club is taking a cautious approach with Zach Merrett as he recovers from a foot injury.
The 19 year old hasn’t played since the match against the Western Bulldogs in round 18.
“Zach Merrett had a stress reaction three weeks ago,” Dr Reid said.
“He’s good now but we probably won’t take the risk of it recurring for the sake for one game.”
