The Club will hold its 144th Annual General Meeting on 18 December 2017 commencing at 7pm, at The Meeting Place, Moonee Valley Racecourse, McPherson Street, Moonee Ponds. 

Additionally, this year a ballot for directorship will be conducted with a total of eight (8) nominations received for the two (2) positions available. Voting will open Monday 27 November and close at 5.30pm (AEDT)  Monday 11 December 2017. Members are able to vote here.

By approval of the Board, we are conducting an electronic voting process for the casting of your ballot. We strongly encourage you to participate in this democratic process and show your ongoing support for your club. For members without computer access, postal voting procedures will remain available.
