The Essendon Football Club will again honour the service and sacrifice of our brave men and women who have served in our armed forces by wearing a specially designed ANZAC Day Guernsey.

The guernsey sees the traditional red sash replaced by poppies, the symbol synonymous with Gallipoli, representing Essendon players who lost their lives at war.

The guernsey has been designed with Essendon’s official apparel partner ISC.

It also features the 2018 ANZAC appeal logo emblazoned on the right chest and the Club’s heritage logo from 1918 on the rear of the neck.

Essendon’s players will wear the jumper against Collingwood in the traditional ANZAC Day clash on April 25th.

Part proceeds from the sale of the jumper will be donated to RSL Victoria.

The Guernsey is available in store at Bomber Shop HQ and online.
