SO FAR THIS YEAR:
The Suns have struggled this year and have been heavily impacted by injury. The loss of experienced heads Gary Ablett and Michael Rischetelli has made it even harder for the young list. Currently sitting in 14th position with six wins for the season, the Suns have had fought hard over the last six weeks registering three wins from their last six games.

THE NUMBERS:
PLAYERS TO WATCH:
Tom Lynch:
The forward caused all sorts of headaches for the Bombers the last time these two teams met back in round one. Lynch kicked four goals that night and hasn’t slowed down all season, currently sitting second in the race for the Coleman Medal with 61 goals. If he needs any extra motivation is needed, Lynch will be playing in his 100th AFL game.
Steven May:
At the other end of the ground, the Bombers will have to pay close attention to defender Steven May. He had a great week against the Giants in round 20 collecting 27-disposals and taking 14 marks. May reads the play well and averages 6.1 intercept possessions per game. His form means the Bombers’ forwards will have to work together to nullify his impact.
Aaron Hall:
Hall was another danger player the last time the two teams met in round 1. The speedy midfielder was one of the Suns’ best collecting 36-disposals, nine inside 50s and kicking two goals. Although he has missed the last three games through injury, Hall can’t be ignored by the Bombers and will need to be held accountable.
