Star midfielder Darcy Parish headlines two changes to Essendon's round 16 side to face Sydney at the MCG on Saturday.
Parish will play his first game in two weeks after overcoming a persistent calf cork suffered in Essendon's round 13 clash with Carlton.
Young key defender Brandon Zerk-Thatcher has earned a recall for his fifth game of the season after producing some stunning form during the VFL Bombers' four consecutive wins.
Young midfielder Ben Hobbs has been left out of the side after a promising 10-game stint in his debut season. Hobbs will still be an emergency with a chance to be selected as the Bombers' medi-sub.
Ruckman Nick Bryan has also been omitted as the Dons take on the Swans with a solo ruck strategy.
