The Essendon VFL side has secured its fourth consecutive win with a win over Williamstown.
In a solid performance, the Bombers did enough to retain their lead for majority of the afternoon to come away 16.14 (110) to 10.12 (72) winners.
The match was highlighted with mid-season recruit Jye Menzie starring with four goals. Kaine Baldwin and Alec Waterman also hit the scoreboard, kicking three goals each.
AFL listed players Tom Hird and Patrick Voss laid six tackles each, whilst Brayden Ham lead the way with four clearances.
Scores were tied at the first break with both teams kicking three goals each. From there, the Dons took control kicking 13 goals to seven after quarter time.
The Bombers were relentless without the ball also notching up a massive 75 tackles at the final siren.
Essendon will now turn their attention to next week’s match as they take on Sydney at Windy Hill.
