Adam McPhee added another award to his growing list on Sunday night when he was named 'The Brass Tavern Player of the Year' on Bomber Radio. It was a close finish with Adam McPhee (88 votes) finishing just ahead of Jason Johnson on 86 votes. James Hird polled 70 votes and finished in third position.

McPhee has won for himself a table of 10 at The Brass Tavern restaurant in Moonee Ponds. Adam McPhee wasn’t the only winner to come out of the weekend. Congratulations to Bomber fan Carl Woerndle for winning the TAG Heuer Player of the Year competition. Carl has won for himself two tickets to the 2004 Crichton Medal at Palladium Ballroom, Crown and will present the TAG Heuer Player of the Year award to James Hird on stage at the event.

Hird has gone back to back after winning the TAG Heuer Player of the Year award last season. Hird polled 53 votes to win the competition. Adam McPhee finished in second position with 46 votes and Jason Johnson was a close third with 44 votes.
