At least three changes will be made to Essendon's round 11 team to face Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval on Sunday.
Harry Jones, Jordan Ridley, Jye Caldwell, Brandon Zerk-Thatcher and Brayden Ham will all be vying to fill the spots left by Mason Redman (suspension), Matt Guelfi (injured) and Nick Bryan (omitted).
Jones will look to be selected for his first AFL game of the year after an encouraging return in the VFL last week from an ankle injury.
After missing last week due to AFL health and safety protocols, Ridley has been named to start at centre half-back, while Zerk-Thatcher has also been named at full-back.
Having missed one match due to an AC joint injury, Caldwell may return after being very close to selection for the Dons last week.

Following a solid VFL performance, Ham has put a strong case forward for his re-selection.
Defender Redman will not feature after accepting a one-match ban for striking in the Dons' Dreamtime at the 'G clash, while Guelfi will miss this week's match due to a hamstring strain.
Young developing ruckman Bryan will not play after being omitted from the side.
Essendon's final team will be announced tomorrow at 5pm EST.
