Essendon has dropped Heath Hocking and named four new players in the extended squad of 25 to take on St Kilda this Sunday.
Andrew Lovett, Andrew Welsh, Tom Bellchambers and Cale Hooker have all been named in the squad that will be finalised tomorrow.
The injured Matthew Lloyd and Jason Winderlich will miss for another week.
