The Essendon Football Club receives numerous requests for support and therefore follow a comprehensive policy outlined below.

For any requests related to community groups, schools, football clubs and other organisations, please submit your request via the link here.

For any requests related to Essendon Members or Fans who are experiencing hardships, please submit a request via the link here.

Please note that only requests submitted through the appropriate online form will be considered.

General Requests

Essendon Football Club is committed to having a strong presence and connection within the community and is proud of its community contributions.

We prioritise requests from members and affiliated organisations over others, with an additional focus to those within the Melbourne North-West corridor. While we strive to fulfil all requests, there may be instances where it is not possible. The club appreciates your understanding in these cases.

Complimentary Tickets

Community group ticket requests will be considered and should be requested through the AFL Community Support Ticketing Program. The club has a limited number of tickets available for select home games for approved requests.

Player Visits

The club and players regularly make appearances at various events and locations, including charity and non-profit organisations, hospitals, schools, junior football clubs, and NAB AFL Auskick Centres. These appearances are subject to player availability.

Autographed Items

Essendon does not accept items to be autographed on behalf of external organisations or individuals. Any items sent for autographs will be returned unsigned, and the club is not responsible for lost items. Supporters seeking autographs are encouraged to attend one of the club's open training or Snap and Sign sessions, where players may sign autographs at their discretion.

Financial Assistance

The club is unable to provide financial assistance, cash donations, or monetary sponsorships.

Terms and Conditions:

• Requests for monetary donations or sponsorships will not be considered.
• Requests not submitted online through the Donation Request Form or are incomplete cannot be considered.
• Where possible, requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks before the event/fundraising activity.
• Only one request per calendar year and per organisation/initiative will be considered.
• Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation from the Essendon Football Club.
• Organisations that have received donations in prior years are not guaranteed additional successful requests.
• Items donated to successful applicants will be determined at the discretion of the Essendon Football Club and are dependent on availability.
• The club reserves the right to decline a request based on any of the above criteria.
• Due to the high volume of donation requests, follow-up correspondence cannot always be answered.
