Career Profile

Rhys Magin represented Queensland at the 2007 NAB AFL Under 18 Championships and was recruited to Essendon in 2008. He was a hard, in-and-under midfielder who won plenty of the ball and showed good skills.

Magin was elevated from the Rookie List in 2008 due to injuries to senior players and played in the last four round that year against West Coast, Adelaide, Bulldogs and St Kilda. Unfortunately he didn’t play in a winning team.

Magin couldn’t add to his four games in season 2009 and was delisted in October that year.
