Client Services Match Day Office

Client Services are allocated at the match day marquees from Round 1 to 7 only. For the remaining Home games for the 2010 season, a Client Services Officer is available for all membership enquiries two hours before the game until 30 minutes after kick-off in the following areas:

Etihad Stadium: Customer Service Centre booth, Opposite Gate 2

MCG: Ticket Booth, Gate 5 external concourse

Office Hours:

12 Noon for 2.10pm match
5.00pm for a 7.10pm match
5.30pm for a 7.40pm match

Please note, for any ticketing enquiries for Essendon AWAY games, please contact Ticketmaster (for matches at Etihad Stadium) or Ticketek (for matches at the MCG). For any lost membership cards, you will need to pay a small fee to the respective ticketing agencies to have your seats re-printed.

Important 3-game member information

3 Game Members can collect their Essendon scarf at the merchandise marquee on the Footbridge between Southern Cross Station and Etihad Stadium this Saturday night between 5pm and 7.30pm ONLY. We will have 2,000 scarves to give away at the match. Members who can't make it to the match this week, can collect their scarf from Client Services at Windy Hill.

2010 Mosquito Fleet Clinics

Clinic 2 will be held on Monday 5th July (clinic for Mosquito Fleet Members ONLY)

Registrations commence an hour and a half before the beginning of the clinic
Clinic Commences at 3.00pm
Clinic Concludes at 5.00pm

Registration forms must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned to the Club in order to process your child’s registration. The capacity for the Clinic is 600 children and registrations will be processed on a first in first served basis. The Club will email parents/guardians (if email is provided) to confirm your child’s registration. If you do not receive an email, please contact Client Services on 03 9230 0390.

MEMBERSHIP NEWS UPDATE

Reserved Seat Holders

Several hundred members have been contacted to date to confirm their seating request. The club will not be accepting any further seat change requests. Supporters who have signed up recently will be issued current available seats.

MCG Away Reserved Seats

All annual away reserved seating requests have been completed to date.

The 2010 season is the first time Essendon has had 'away' reserved seats at the MCG.

Seat Change Requests

The club is no longer accepting seat change requests with the acception of MCG 'away' seats. Please note level 2 seating is almost at capacity and there are only single seats available.

AFL Club Support members - more kits will be distributed this week

In what has been a first for the 2010 season, Essendon is fulfilling all member packs for all AFL Club Support members (previously this was done by the AFL). Any AFL Member who has requested a seating change update, please refer to the Reserved Seat Holders update above.

High Mark Members

After receiving feedback from our members over the past few years, the club has negotiated exclusive access to the Laureate Room for 2010. The Laureate Room will replace the Studio. The club has also negotiated reserved seating directly in front of the Laureate Room (Aisle 28), allowing easier access for High Mark members to enter this new exclusive bar. The provision of this new reserved seating will not affect all High Mark members and the club will be in contact with you to discuss any seating changes.

To see where the Laureate Room is located at Etihad Stadium click here. The easiest way to access the Laureate Room is through gate six. Note: People who were High Mark members in 2009 and have not yet renewed their memberships should be aware that we have almost reached capacity on level 2 amd seats have been allocated to other renewing/new members. There are only single seats available on level 2. Please contact Client Services to discuss other memberhsip options available.

Interstate Plus members, Life members, Baby Bombers and Pet members

There have been small changes in the 2010 members packs for the four categories mentioned above with the club running a trial with The Promotions Factory. The 100% Australian owned company will deliver the 2010 membership pack from their overseas warehouse as occurs at other AFL Clubs.

West Australian members should note that there is a waiting list for WA Interstate Plus memberships.

Advantage Payment

The club encourages anyone who has signed up on the Advantage Payment option (and has not received their packs) to check their statements and ensure all payments have been made and are up to date. Membership packs are only sent to members with no outstanding payments. If your credit card expiry dates have changed, please advise the club immediately on 1300 GO BOMBERS (1300 46 26 62) or email us at membership@essendonfc.com.au.

2010 Memberships

Based on feedback from members, the Essendon Football Club has streamlined our 2010 membership packages. We believe our members will find the available options simpler and clearer than in previous years.

2009 members will be able to retain their existing memberships for 2010*. Should you wish to make any changes, the 2010 Membership structure will apply. Please refer to the Membership Brochure for details.

Over the next twelve months, we will finalise our membership packages in preparation for Season 2011 which will see additional improvements in our offerings. Further updates will be provided throughout Season 2010 to keep you well informed of the changes and make any required transition as simple as possible.

Away Games

Members with Reserved seats at Away games will now also have a seat for all away matches at the MCG. These will be on Level 3 of the Olympic Stand (Rows A-L, Sections Q49-57).

Ticketing sales at Windy Hill

The Essendon Football Club will cease to be a fully fledged Ticketmaster Outlet as of Monday the 26th of October, 2009. However, The Essendon Football Club will continue to sell all Essendon Home and Away matches played at Etihad Stadium (Ticketmaster) and the MCG (Ticketek) to
Essendon and AFL Members only.

The Club would like to ensure we provide priority service to our members and supporters, and focus purely on membership and match day ticketing enquiries.

For all Ticketmaster enquiries, please telephone 136 100. The nearest Ticketmaster outlet to Windy Hill is located at Moonee Ponds Central, Shop T16 20 Homer St, Moonee Ponds Central.

Note: Members will be able to purchase tickets for themselves if they hold a membership with entry entitlements to the game. At the time of upgrading to a daily ticket, members will also have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets for non-members.

Members without entry entitlements or members who already hold a season reserved seat will be required to wait until the public on-sale to purchase tickets.
